The Air Jordan 6 &#8220UNC&#8221 is a collegiate-inspired colorway of Michael Jordan&#8217s sixth signature shoe that nods to Jordan&#8217s alma mater the North Carolina Tar Heels. Released in March 2022 the Jordan 6 &#8220UNC&#8221 is yet another colorway from Jordan&#8217s signature shoe collection that employs the team uniform colors of the Tar Heels on its design and it doesn&#8217t disappoint. The &#8220UNC&#8221 mimics the color block of the Jordan 6&#8217s original &#8220Carmine&#8221 colorway from 1991. The University Blue synthetic nubuck base gives way to contrasting white leather overlays on the shoe&#8217s upper. The neoprene lace shroud with black Jumpman branding appears in University Blue as well. Additional baby blue accenting appears on the spoiler on the back of the shoe and on the tongue. An embroidered &#8220Team Jordan&#8221 patch on the heel is inspired by product tags found on the bottom of basketball jerseys. Release date March 5 2022
